The Department’s business and affairs will be managed by a Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD helps ensure that the Department is operating within all the proper legal requirements. The total number of BOD members allowed to serve at one time is eight (8).

Election of Board Officers, regular meeting after annual meeting

Fire Chief’s Report to the Board, regular meeting only
Public Comment, both annual & regular meetings
Adjournment

The Board shall only address the matter that was detailed in the “Notice” given to the Board Members
