Please join me in congratulating the following members for receiving our annual Firefighter and First Responder awards. 

2023 First Responder of the Year was awarded to Daniel Snipes. He is a lifelong member of the Orange Grove community, currently serving as a Captain and one of our active medical responders. He recieved his NC Emt Certification earlier this year and has been a welcomed addition to our medical responder program. He always answers the call and works to make sure we always provide a high level of service to our community.

 2023 Firefighter of the Year goes to Jacob Tutor. Jacob is a volunteer on his off time, works part-time when he can, and is an asset to our organization and community. He has recently been promoted to Captain of Station 3 in our Oak Grove/Mebane Oaks communities and is a big part of our fire and first responder training programs. Jacob is always looking to improve our department, and holds a wealth of knowledge and experience.
