NC Office of State Fire Marshal (NCOSFM) transcripts: Detailed Training Transcript, Summary Transcript, and Classes Remaining Transcript
- You can find and print off the the NCOSFM Website
Copies of your ICS (NIMS) Certifications: 100,200,700,800, and others if you have them
Copies of all your Fire or Emergency Service Related Certifications (all certifications)
Copy of your EMT certification
Copy of your NC driver’s license
