Chiefs are having to manage so many issues all day. One of these issues includes personnel management. We understand, and appreciate, that Fire and Rescue Departments cannot afford this person. We are an even better solution for a dedicated person.

No. We do have "a la carte" service options where you may request services on an as-needed basis. We encourage you to become a partner simply because our dedicated advisors will better understand your department's current challenges allowing for more educated decisions. This matters if an issue were to arise. Playing catch-up is always tricky with a new customer.
We are a risk mitigator. We offer a level of expertise to the chief, along with his/her personnel, ensuring personnel management decisions are made with the highest level of experience. Additionally, all data is archived. Our product removes the risk of someone tampering/deleting information. Lastly, we provide a proven approach in how to manage personnel going forward.
