Lewisville Fire Department does not issue burn permits.

Burn permit applications can be submitted electronically through the North Carolina Forest Service website. You can access this website by clicking on the NC Forest Service patch, located below. The NC Forest Service website allows you to fill out and print off burn permit applications electronically.

Open Burning is prohibited in the Village of Clemmons.

Burning in the Town of Lewisville and Forsyth County is controlled by the Forsyth County Department of Environmental Assistance and Protection.
