I want to THANK YOU for visiting our website, as we want to ensure that our community knows about its fire department. 

Our department membership is made up of dedicated and highly trained professionals including both volunteer and career firefighters.  The West Yadkin Fire District is located in western Yadkin County, NC in the Piedmont Triad region of Northwest NC. Today, our 34 member fire department covers 45 square miles. 

As your Fire Chief, I have a Vision for the future of this organization. I want to see it grow into an organization that provides the best possible emergency services to our citizens, as you deserve that type of service.  I also know that we cannot tax you to death, so we are also working to find a happy medium to providing the highest quality service, that stays within financial reason, and is affordable to you, our citizens.
